All our orders shipped from the UK are sent Tracked via Royal Mail, you also have the option to choose Signed Next Day Delivery for UK orders. All International orders are shipped Tracked and Signed.

RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Roman Found. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that some items may be final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at onlinestore@romanfound.com to request a return authorisation. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your message.

2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your items.

3. Pack the items you wish to return in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached. Include a copy of your original invoice or packing slip with your return.

4. Ship the package to the address provided with the return authorisation. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping your return.

5. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they are in their original condition. If everything checks out, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for your refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank's processing time.

Please note the following conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached.

• We cannot accept returns on final sale items.

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

• If you received free shipping on your order and choose to return your entire order for a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you as soon as possible.
